Cub Scout Pack 451 re-registration for 2009-2010 will start on March 3, coordinated with the Troop 451 annual re-registration night. If your son is continuing with the pack in the next school year, then this re-registration form, along with the fees, must be received no later than the Pack Meeting on April 2, 2009. Failure to re-register means that, after April 30, 2009, your son is no longer registered in Scouting, and can only participate in the pack and den by completing a new application form and submitting the fees at that time.

Den Leaders and other adult leaders in the Pack also need to re-register. Places appear below in this form for adult leaders to re-register with the pack along with their sons.
